ABOUT AIU Wandervogel

 

 

Mission: To enjoy the nature of Akita with international students from all around the world.

 

Students from all over Japan and all around the world gather to study at Akita International University. Because of the isolated nature of the campus, students often do not get to see the "real" Akita and end up returning to their respective hometowns as soon as they finish their studies. The AIU Wandervogel Club hopes to share the charm of the unspoiled nature in Akita with many students. It also aims to teach people around the world and across Japan about Akita prefecture through this website.
